I'm ringing in the new year....wishing you were here.

Waiting for our lips to touch,
our hands to feel,
our hearts to beat,
and our heads to heal.

Waiting for my magnum opus,
for my grande adventure to begin.

An epiphany has been begotten,
A realization has been given life.

Someday I dream of children and laughter,
of lightness and the everafter.

I dream of you and me, locked in an embrace
unwilling to let the other go.

Unwilling to let the other half of us disappear...

everything you have wished for.

Holidays for the fallen

Snow is falling, drifting to the floor
Carols are playing, ringing through the halls.

Cookies are baking, and children are playing
Trees are twinkling with glitter and lights.

Love can be effusive, but not this holiday.
It infects us as we are touched by the spirit of the season.

One might wonder if we had the ability for joy,
considering the heartache of the past few months.

But then...they don't know us.

Our love is passionate, fulfilling and eternal.
Our love is what this holiday embodies.

It is how we know what is right..and what is wrong.
It is how we know that we must continue to be strong.

Sweet Devil...I would travel to the ends of the earth to be with you.

This fallen angel...has found her way back into his graces.

She will be forever beholden to you...
